Each badge category has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Badges are earned in order; it is not possible to skip a level and earn an advanced badge.

Businesses, artists, and venues can define special rewards for their badges. When you earn a badge, related rewards are automatically assigned to your account. Discounts or special access are applied event-specifically.
