Data Deletion Instructions
Enjoyvent (Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş.) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data obtained through Facebook Login or the Instagram messaging integration.
What data this covers
When a business connects its Instagram/Facebook account to Enjoyvent, or when you message one of our connected Instagram accounts, we may store: your Instagram-scoped ID and username, the content of the messages exchanged, and the connection's basic profile information (account id, username, linked Facebook Page). We use this solely to display and respond to Instagram Direct messages inside our platform.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to [email protected] from the contact associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the Instagram username (or the connected account) so we can locate your data.
We will verify the request and permanently delete the associated personal data within 30 days, and confirm by email once completed. Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes) will be removed once the applicable retention period ends.
Removing the connection
A business can disconnect its Meta account at any time from the Instagram section of the Enjoyvent panel, and can also remove Enjoyvent's access from its Facebook/Instagram account settings (Settings → Business tools / Apps and websites). Removing access stops any further data collection; to also delete data already stored, send the deletion request above.
