Why should I fill out my profile?
On Enjoyvent, tickets, invitations, and perks are personal to you. So your profile needs to be complete and accurate so you can buy tickets and access the experiences that match you. You also need a complete profile so your invitees can see who their invite came from and so you can claim a personal profile address.
Who can see my profile and activity?
On Enjoyvent, you're in full control. You can manage your profile information, the events and activities you attend or follow, and other visibility preferences from your Privacy Settings. You can access these settings during pre-registration and update them anytime after signing up.
How long will the pre-registration period last?
The pre-registration period is open for a limited time and a limited number of spots. When the spots fill up, pre-registration automatically closes and the 2× EnjoyScore advantage ends. So move quickly to raise your EnjoyRank.
What is EnjoyScore?
EnjoyScore is a points system that rewards every interaction and contribution you make on Enjoyvent. The more active you are, the more EnjoyScore you earn — and as your EnjoyScore grows, your EnjoyRank rises, getting you closer to invites, perks, and surprise experiences.
What is EnjoyRank?
EnjoyRank is your status level on Enjoyvent — a reflection of how active you are and what you contribute. As you earn EnjoyScore, your EnjoyRank goes up, unlocking more perks, higher EnjoyCredit earnings, and more flexibility on the platform. At higher EnjoyRank levels, you get earlier access to popular events and activities, a better chance of receiving invites, and closer access to special experiences.
Why should I invite my friends?
Enjoyvent is a social platform that makes it easy to discover and plan events and activities with your friends. As your network grows, you'll see who's going where, make decisions together, and have more fun. Plus, you earn EnjoyCredit from your invited friends' ticket purchases, so you can get tickets to events and activities you want without waiting for an invite.
What is EnjoyCredit?
EnjoyCredit is your personal wallet on Enjoyvent. You earn EnjoyCredit from invitations and shares done through your personal links that lead to ticket purchases. As your EnjoyRank goes up, the EnjoyCredit rate you earn goes up too — and you can spend your accumulated credits on tickets to any events or activities you like.
Can I delete my account anytime?
Yes. You can delete your account and all related data anytime. After deletion, your data is removed from the system and there's no obligation to keep using Enjoyvent. The control is always yours.
Are you going to keep messaging me?
No. On Enjoyvent, communication is fully under your control. You decide when and on what topics you want notifications, from your Notification Settings. You can access these settings during pre-registration and update them anytime after signing up.
